Returns and Refunds

At HGHY Nutrition, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in offering products that are carefully formulated to support your gut health and overall wellbeing.

Because our products are food and nutrition items, certain conditions apply to refunds and returns.

  • Unopened Products
    You may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Opened Products
    For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders
    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at hello[at]hghynutrition.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

  3. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or resellers (please contact them directly).

  • Subscription boxes after they have been shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective, damaged, or sent in error.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
